1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al descargar o usar la aplicación StartIn2: Start & Track ("StartIn2", "la App", o "el Servicio"), usted está aceptando los presentes términos y condiciones ("Términos"). Por favor léalos cuidadosamente antes de usar. Si no acepta estos términos, por favor, detenga el uso o desinstale la aplicación. Este acuerdo es establecido entre usted y StartIn2App (los "Desarrolladores").

2. Licencia de Uso

StartIn2App le otorga una licencia revocable, no exclusiva, intransferible y limitada para descargar, instalar y usar la aplicación estrictamente de acuerdo con estos Términos, sujeto a las normas establecidas por nuestra estructura Freemium y de las tiendas correspondientes (Apple App Store y Google Play Store).

3. Suscripciones y "StartIn2 Pro"

El uso base de StartIn2 es gratuito con limitaciones de entidades creadas (por ejemplo: máximo de proyectos). Si opta por la suscripción StartIn2 Pro para desactivar límites, el pago se cargará a su cuenta de Apple/Google en la confirmación de compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente a menos que se cancele 24 horas antes del fin del período actual. Podrá gestionar y cancelar compras directamente en los ajustes del sistema de su dispositivo.

4. Naturaleza de la Herramienta

StartIn2 se ofrece como una herramienta de productividad "Tal cual" (AS IS). No hacemos garantías ni representaciones implícitas sobre aumentos exactos en su desempeño, curación de déficit atencional, o retención absoluta de sus configuraciones locales más allá de lo que su almacenamiento en el dispositivo provea en su uso cotidiano.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo la app, sitio web, sus contenidos, características y funcionalidad (incluyendo pero no limitando a información, código, UI/UX, imágenes de marca, esquemas de color) son de exclusiva propiedad intelectual de StartIn2App y están protegidos por las leyes internacionales de copyright.

6. Enmiendas

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento para reflejar actualizaciones. El uso continuo de la Plataforma después de realizar cualquier cambio, constituye su aceptación de los nuevos Términos.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using StartIn2: Start & Track ("StartIn2", "the App", or "Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these carefully before using the App. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the application immediately. This agreement is between you and StartIn2App (the "Developers").

2. End-User License

StartIn2App grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms, subject to the rules governed by our Freemium business model and corresponding App Stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

3. Subscriptions and "StartIn2 Pro"

Basic usage of StartIn2 is entirely free with limitations to internal entities (like a maximum number of projects). If you decide to subscribe to StartIn2 Pro, payment will be charged to your Apple/Google Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly in your system's settings menu.

4. Nature of Service and Disclaimer

StartIn2 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We offer it as a productivity tool but do not guarantee precise improvements over your performance, treatment or cure of attention disorders, or absolute integrity of your data offline beyond the capabilities inherently provided by your mobile device.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, Website, and their original content, features, functionalities, UI/UX design, custom implementations, and brand assets are the exclusive property of StartIn2App and are protected by international copyright laws.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time for updates or compliance purposes. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
